This photo was taken in 1955. My mother was pregnant with me. On the day I met my father for the first time, he showed me this photo, saying, “And this is you right there.”

My father was not aware that his sister-in-law (my aunt, my mother’s sister) sent a copy of this photo to my adoptive aunt who then gave it to my adoptive mother. I saw this photo in a box of photos when I was 14 years old, but did not know who these people were.
